Forum Improvements

We started a thread on the forum tp discuss improvements that we were going to do.

These are not in any particular logical order, but they're in an ordered list just in case we want to refer to them individually at some point.

1. Integrate funky-cool Google map thing that KingKell started up
2. Short story contest
3. Gnurple Forums is not Fight Club: It is OK to talk about the Forums to your friends.
4. Find all the smileys people have used from external sites and add them to the available collection
